How To Return An Item:
- Visit www.nydj.com/returnlabel
** NOTE: Please reference the order number on your order and shipping confirmation. The order number should not include a "-1" at the end.
- Print your return label and packing slip
- Pack and seal your box securely in the original package, if possible.
- Adhere the convenient pre-paid return shipping label included with your order to the package.
- Drop off the package at any FedEx Authorized ship center.
- Your return will be processed when received.
NOTE: We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. If you choose not to use our pre-paid shipping label, shipping is at your expense.
Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team.

NYDJ gladly accepts the return of merchandise in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached) or defective merchandise.
Return must be made within 30 days of delivery and will be credited in the same form as the original payment method.
