HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
We have extended our 30 day return policy to allow more flexibility in purchasing holiday gifts.
Purchases made between November 1 - December 31, that meet the return requirements, may be returned through Januray 31, 2019.
How To Return An Item
- Fill out the return form included with your order.
- Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package, if possible.
- Adhere the convenient pre-paid return shipping label included with your order to the package.
- Drop off the package at any FedEx Authorized ship center.
- Your return/exchange will be processed when received.
Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team.
We offer free return shipping on returns for a different size, style or color. The return value is determined by the amount listed on the invoice, or the last retail price of the item.
Final-sale items cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

When you use PayPal, we will refund your order per our policy. Items returned to our warehouse will be processed as a refund to your PayPal account.
At this time we are not able to process exchanges for NYDJ.com orders. Please return your original items and place a new order for the style and color you want

Items denoted as final sale cannot be returned
