Get Wrinkled and baggy

"The fabric is not really linen, it’s a synthetic blend. The pants initially fit then bagged out after wearing for just a bit the first time I wore them. They wrinkle a lot. I ironed them and wrinkled a lot again. Now I’ve tried washing and drying them and ironing without a crease. Well if that helps. Haven’t worn them since."

Nice change from jeans!

"These are lovely everyday/slightly dressy pants. They came out of the dryer looking wearable without steaming. They run large, normally wear an 8, the 6 is very comfortable."

Teri W. (5/5)

Stretch Linen is an understatement

"Several years ago I bought some NYDJ linen trousers in a 12 and they would stretch whilst wearing them. I usually wear a 12 to 14 in NYDJ Marilyn Jeans. This time I bought a 10; I haven't worn a 10 in years. First wearing and boy do they stretch. I have doubts that an 8 would be a good idea though since the 10 fit really well when I first slipped them on. The fabric otherwise is nice and I REALLY like a pair of more tailored linen trousers for summer than the oversized elastic-waisted with draw string ones. And of course being linen, they do wrinkle! I usually do not wear heels or not very high ones so the inseam is a tad too long but I find sometimes they shrink in washing so I will wait before hemming, should that be necessary. I prefer that the hem just skim the top of my foot as anything shorter or cropped makes me look like an ice cream cone!"

The fabric stretched after 3

"The fabric stretched after 3 wearing's. It looked 2 sizes too big. All my other purchases from NYDJ have been great. Something wrong with this fabric"

I love my pants. I

"I love my pants. I wasn't sure what size to try and the 6 fits perfectly. . . . . good looking and one can dress then up or down. . . . . I also have them in blue"

Waist too big

"I bought a similar version of these pants in a size 4 a few years ago (Curves 360). I bought these pants in a size 4 and the waist is too big. Unfortunately I washed them and therefore there is no return. I will now need to pay to have the waist altered. I may try a size 2 in the future but it will be a hassle to return those if they are too small. No 4P available."

I am normally a size

"I am normally a size 4 or 6. Size 0 was still a bit large. A nice weight for warmer weather. Wash and hang for a more casual appearance; must be ironed to look more polished."

Tara P. (3/5)

Wonderful colour but poor fit.

"Having already these pants in black, I grabbed the bargain to buy them in this lovely oxford navy shade at a lower price. Unfortunately, they are different from the black ones: Lower waist and not so soft and stretchy material, which made me feel very uncomfortable in them. Sadly I had to send them back. Very pity!!"

MARIA V. (3/5)

"I like the quality of the fabric and as always with NYDJ, the fit was superb!"

Lois (5/5)

"The pants seem nice, a little big for me, and I didn’t feel they complemented my figure-which is described as hourglass."
