Returns Policy

 

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

We have extended our 30 day return policy to allow more flexibility in purchasing holiday gifts.
Purchases made between November 1 - December 31, that meet the return requirements, may be returned through Januray 31, 2019.

 

You can return or exchange eligible items free of charge within 30 days of delivery date. We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements.
  • Full-price and sale items in original condition, with all tags attached, can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Final-sale items cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
  • Worn, altered or washed items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • In-store purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at nydj.com

 

RETURNING BY MAIL

Returns are free of charge within the U.S. If you need new item(s) immediately, place a new order online or contact NYDJ Customer Care online or at 877-995-3267. 

 

Exchanges

At this time we are not able to process exchanges for NYDJ.com orders. Please return your original items and place a new order for the style and color you want. 

 

PAYPAL RETURNS

When you use PayPal, we will refund your order per our policy, with the following exceptions: 

  • In-store returns cannot be credited to your PayPal account. You will receive your refund on an NYDJ Gift Card.
  • Exchanges are not offered on PayPal orders. Items returned to our warehouse will be processed as a refund to your PayPal account. 

 

ITEMS PURCHASED AT OTHER LOCATIONS

Items purchased at a department store or any other store selling NYDJ merchandise can be returned only to that store and cannot be returned to nydj.com.

 

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund at our expense. NYDJ will provide a prepaid FedEx shipping label to expedite the return for orders shipped within the U.S.

To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact:

NYDJ Customer Service online or 877-995-3267 between 6am – 6pm PT and refer to the order number listed on your packing slip or order confirmation email.

NYDJ customers using a third-party shipping service are responsible for any duties, taxes and shipping costs that may occur.

NYDJ is not liable for any damages from a third-party shipping service.

 

REFUNDS AND CREDITS

You'll receive your refund in the original form of payment or receive a NYDJ credit per our policies. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days and send you an email confirmation. Your bank may require additional time to post this transaction to your account. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles from the day you return your merchandise for your account to be credited.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We will honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price items within 7 days of the shipment date.

To receive a price adjustment, please contact NYDJ Customer Care online or 877-995-3267 and refer to the order number on your packing slip or order confirmation email. Final Sale items are excluded. Other promotions may also be excluded.

 

IN-STORE RETURNS

You can return or exchange items purchased at nydj.com to any NYDJ store free of charge within 30 days of the delivery date. You must bring the invoice or receipt provided with your order - no exceptions. PayPal returns will be refunded with an NYDJ Gift Card.

Note: In-store purchases are not accepted at the NYDJ Returns Center.
