RETURN POLICY

  • Full-price and sale items in original condition, with all tags attached, can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Final-sale items cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
  • Worn, altered or washed items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • In-store purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at NYDJ.com
  • NYDJ merchandise purchased at independent department stores must be returned to the location where it was purchased.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
    You'll receive your refund in the original form of payment or receive a NYDJ credit per our policies.
    Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days and send you an email confirmation. Your bank may require additional time to post this transaction to your account.
    • We will honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price items within 7 days of the shipment date.
    • To receive a price adjustment, please contact NYDJ Customer Service Email: Customercare@nydj.com and refer to the order number on your packing slip or order confirmation email.
    • Final Sale items are excluded. Other promotions may also be excluded.
    • NYDJ offers online exchanges for NYDJ.com orders.
    • NYDJ.com only offers exchanges for the same product originally purchased.
    Items purchased at a department store or any other store selling NYDJ merchandise can be returned only to that store and cannot be returned to nydj.com.
    • In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund at our expense.
    • NYDJ will provide a prepaid shipping label to expedite the return for order.
    • To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact: NYDJ Customer Service Email: Customercare@nydj.com and refer to the order number listed on your packing slip or order confirmation email.
    • NYDJ customers using a third-party shipping service are responsible for any duties, taxes and shipping costs that may occur.

    DOMESTIC EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

    • Enter your order number and email address.
    • Pack and seal your box securely in the original package, if possible.
    • Drop off the package at any FedEx Authorized ship center.
    • We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. If you choose not to use our pre-paid shipping label, shipping is at your expense.

    INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

    • A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for the cost of the return label.
