    ORDERING

  • How can I check the status of my order? The status of your order can be found on NYDJ.com. To check your order status, log in to your account page and select “Order History.” From this page you can see detailed order information about your current and past orders. If your order has shipped you will also be able to see the tracking number.

    If you do not have an account on NYDJ.com you can also visit the “Track My Order” section from the site footer. You will need your order number and the email address used when placing the order.
  • Can I make a change or cancel my order? To provide the best possible service for our customers, we begin processing an order as soon as it is placed. Because we may begin processing your NYDJ.com order immediately, we cannot update or cancel orders.

    If you forgot to add a promo code, please contact us here or call 877-995-3267.

    Please note that we offer price adjustments only within 14 days of your order being shipped.
  • How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. NYDJ business days are Monday – Friday and exclude holidays.

    If your order is placed Monday-Thursday before 12pm PT, it will be shipped the next business day. Any orders placed on Friday after 12pm will be processed and shipped the following business day.

    You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
  • How do I know that my order has been shipped? When your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link to where you can see its status.

    Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to register on the carrier’s website.
  • When will my credit card be charged? Your credit card will be charged once your order is shipped.
  • Why should I become a registered user? We encourage you to set up an account to customize your preferences and improve your shopping experience.

       - Faster checkout: securely save your addresses and billing information for super-fast checkout.

       - Order history: receive important information regarding your purchase and track your order up to the moment it arrives. You may also view the details of all your past orders.

  • How are taxes calculated? We only collect sales tax in states where we have a physical office or company-owned store.

    Note: In the state of New York, clothing items sold for less than $110 are exempt from sales tax.
  • Is ordering over the Internet secure? We use the industry standard encryption protocol known as secure socket layer (SSL) to keep your order information secure. We have established a secure shopping guarantee for every transaction that you make with NYDJ.com.

    PAYMENT

  • What forms of payment do you accept? We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, NYDJ E-Gift card and NYDJ certificates.

    Please note: You can use up to two NYDJ E-Gift Cards or Certificates per order.
    We are unable to split tender by multiple credit cards.
    We do not accept checks, cash or money orders online.
  • Will my credit card be charged immediately? Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is shipped. An authorization will be placed on the card at time of purchase.

  • What are your shipping fees?Free ground shipping is automatically applied during checkout on all orders within the U.S. For expedited shipping, see the chart below for options.

    A free pre-paid FedEx return label is provided to make returns simple and easy.

  • Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses.
  • Can I still ship my order using ShopRunner?Unfortunately we no longer offer ShopRunner as a shipment option.

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • What is your return policy?We accept returns of products purchased online through NYDJ.com within 30 days of purchase.

    NYDJ will issue a refund within 30 days of purchase in the form and amount tendered for the original transaction. All returns or exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached.

    We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.

    Merchandise received after 30 days will only be accepted at our discretion for an online store credit.

    NYDJ merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

  • Do you offer exchanges?At this time, we are not able to process exchanges for NYDJ.com orders. Please return your original items and place a new order for the style and color you want

  • Where do I ship my return?NYDJ offers free returns for orders placed in the U.S. and a pre-paid shipping label is included with all online orders.

    Returns and exchanges must be mailed to the address on the pre-paid return shipping label. If you are unable to locate your shipping label, please contact Customer Service.
     
  • How should I ship my return?Step 1. Fill out the return form included with your order, or print one here after logging into your account.

    Step 2. Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package, if possible. Adhere the convenient pre-paid return shipping label included with your order to the package.

    Step 3. Bring your package to any authorized FedEx shipping location. Your return will be processed when received.

  • When will my credit card be refunded?Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within seven business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

    Any shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

    Your bank may require 2-5 business days to reflect this transaction.

  • I bought your product on eBay. Is it authentic?We have been getting hundreds of complaints from customers who have purchased on eBay (or other websites) in regards to counterfeit products. To be sure that you're not buying a counterfeit product, we suggest you shop on our website or from one of our authorized retailers.
  • Can I receive a price adjustment for my order? We will honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price items within 14 days of the shipment date. To receive a price adjustment, please contact NYDJ Customer Service online or at 877-995-3267 and refer to your order number. Private Sale items are excluded. Other promotions may also be excluded.
  • How do I receive promotional offers?Sign up for our emails below for exclusive offers – including a discount off your first order and promotional offer during your birthday month.
  • Can promotional codes be combined? Only one coupon code can be used at a time. During sale periods, multiple discounts cannot be stacked or combined.

  • Will you price match another retailer?At NYDJ, we aim to offer the best prices, but there may be an occasion when our jeans are offered for less.

    We will gladly match another retailer's prices on identical items that meet our price match conditions.
      - Price match is only for items that are available on NYDJ.com.
      - The items must be identical: the style and color must match
      - The product must be in stock and be available to buy on the retailer's website.

    If the price match meets these conditions, contact our Customer Service team and be sure to provide a link or photo of the item.
  • What is the Address Book and how do I use it?On NYDJ.com registered users have the option to save your frequently used addresses.

    If you are signed into your NYDJ.com account during checkout, you may also choose a saved address from the drop down box.
  • Where is the nearest store near me?In addition to NYDJ.com, we sell our products at upscale department stores and boutiques.
