Love the 'Terra Hide' Look

    I wanted to try the new 'Terra Hide' coated denim look from NYDJ. I decided to try the 'Emma' skirt since I've liked the 'Emma' style for a while but hadn't purchased it before.

    I'm 5'7" and I bought the petite size to get the shorter length. Even so, the skirt hits right at my knees. The vent in back helps me move and walk comfortably.

    The fit in my normal NYDJ size is just right. The waist is slimming but not too tight and the fit around my hips help accentutate my assets without being too flirty.

    I really like the Terra Hide coated denim. I has a leather look and feel but has the comfort and give of NYDJ's best stretchy jeans. Now that I've added the 'Emma' skirt to my wardrobe, I'll feel more confident trying other NYDJ styles with the coated denim look.

    The color I received is darker than the on-line photos... my 'Emma' skirt is almost a chocolate brown, not the tan in the photos. There is a slight 'whiskered' finish in the front, which gives 'Emma' a casual look. I've worn 'Emma' for shopping, around-town errands, and on dates.

    For me, 'Emma' works with a dressy blouse and knee boots or heels. The skirt has belt loops so I can add an accent. The color is very flexible and I can feature 'Emma' with many different outfits.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    When I saw this I just had to have it. I loved it so much I order one for my daughter. You may want to order a size larger because the coating does not allow much stretch if any.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
